Once your credit card has been approved, your order will be dispatched from by our contracted courier company. Dispatch will be made to your stated delivery address and a signature will be required upon delivery to ensure safe arrival.

We aim to dispatch your orders as soon as possible. For orders placed before 3pm (GMT) Monday to Friday, we aim to dispatch on the same day. For orders placed after 3pm (GMT) we aim to dispatch on the next working day.

To ensure prompt delivery we must have proper and complete address details and make one delivery charge per delivery address. A daytime telephone number is required in case we or our delivery agents need to contact you.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made securely online by Visa, Master Card or Maestro cards. The credit/debit card that is being used must be yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. In the event that your card authorisation and validation is declined, we reserve the right to cancel your order. For first time online customers, we may request that shipping be to the credit card billing address only.

By submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.

CANCELLATION BY US

We will aim to fulfil your orders to the best of our ability. However, we reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if one or other of the following circumstances apply:

we do not have sufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered.
we do not deliver to your area or country

In the event of cancellation, we will contact you by e-mail, and will re-credit your account as soon as possible, and in any event within 30 days of your order being placed.

This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of the website are governed by and construed in accordance with Scottish Law and any disputes will be dealt with under the sole jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland. All contracts are concluded in English.

We will not be in breach of this agreement or otherwise liable for any delay in performance if to the extent that any delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.

If you change your mind about garments purchased online please email us info@gravityclothing.co.uk to let us know you will be returning the goods, once received we will refund your account.
