Delivery Times
We use Royal Mail as our shipping partner and aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow for 2-3 working days from placing order to receipt of goods.
All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.
Once orders are placed you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Delivery Charges
We only deliver to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland: £4.50
How are items delivered?
All orders are despatched for delivery via our shipping partner Royal Mail. A signature will be required upon receipt of the goods.
Do I pay a delivery charge for each item ordered?
No. One delivery charge will cover the whole delivery, regardless of numbers of items purchased.
Can I nominate a day or time for delivery?
At this time we are unable to offer a nominated delivery service.If you are unable to receive delivery at your billing address you may arrange for your order to be delivered to an alternative address for your convenience.
Payment Types
Gravity accepts Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Switch and Solo. We are unable to accept cards that are due to expire within FIVE days of placing an order. Card details are checked and verified and goods are despatched once authorisation has been obtained.What is credit card security number?
Your credit card security number is the 3 digit number found on the reverse of your card on the far right of the signature stripe, with the exception of Amex cards where the 4 digit code is found on the front of the card.Confirmation of your order
Once we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.Stock Availability
The confirmation e-mail you receive is a confirmation we have received your order and not a guarantee of stock availability. If we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be contacted and your card will NOT be charged.Exchanges and Refunds
Items returned within 14 days of receipt of goods may be returned for an exchange or refund. We are exchange an item up to 28 days from receipt of goods.
Conditions
Please state whether an exchange or refund is required.
As a matter of hygiene refunds and exchanges are not available on underwear, earrings or any other intimate items.
Once your goods have been accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund.
Please be aware that it may take 3-5 working days for the refund to show in your account.
We regret that postage and packaging cannot be refunded.
Please note that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your protection we recommend that you send the parcel via a delivery service that insures you for the value of your goods.
However, if you are returning an item because it is damaged, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you, and your costs in returning to us.
Gravity Clothing retain the right (in certain circumstances) to return faulty items to the manufacturer for inspection before a refund or exchange is offered.
Please note that we can only refund the card originally used for payment.
We regret that we cannot accept online returns to any of our branches.
Please return your good(s) unworn, in original condition with all garment labels intact, enclosing a copy of your original invoice by post to the address below.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected by this policy.
